Darren GinglesManaging Director
Darren is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), with over 15 years post qualification experience and is the founder and owner of the company. Having trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Darren went on to work for a number of companies in senior finance positions, so is able to advice clients on commercial issues as well as compliance issues.
Darren is responsible for business development, meeting with new and current clients and identification of upcoming legislation changes that may impact our clients.
Adam ClarkeSenior Accountant
Adam commenced his accounting career in 2007, ranging in roles from an Accounts Assistant to a Financial Controller in a variety of industries including Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals. Most recently Adam worked in a small accountancy practice, all of which gained him a broad range of experience and knowledge in accountancy and client relationships.
Within DG Accountancy Services, Adam is the key point of contact for our Limited Company clients for the year end accounts and corporation tax process as well as preparation of personal tax returns for our sole traders and individuals.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys playing golf, watching football and visiting warm countries.
Simon WhiteAccountant
Simon joins DG Accountancy Services with a wealth of accountancy and bookkeeping experience from past roles within a variety of different industries.
Simon’s primary role is the managing the VAT, PAYE and CIS services provided by us, along with the filing of Confirmation Statements for our Limited Company clients.
Outside of work, Simon is a dad to 3 daughters and spends a lot of time doing voluntary junior girls football coaching.
Chris MacDonaldJunior Accountant
Chris joins DG Accountancy Services having made a career change and with the long-term ambition of becoming a qualified accountant. After graduating from the University of Portsmouth in 2015, he spent some time teaching English in Spain and Italy as well as more recently in recruitment for the Education and Accountancy sectors.
In his current role at DG Accountancy Services, Chris’ responsibilities include being a first point of contact for our clients, ensuring the smooth onboarding process of new clients and ensuring HMRC and Companies House submission deadlines are met. In his spare time, Chris enjoys a varied range of hobbies including running, pilates, keeping his Italian skills sharp and Taekwondo.
